Cardinals | John Abraham set to become free agent Mon Feb 16, 06:20 PM
Arizona Cardinals LB John Abraham is set to become an unrestricted free agent this March.
Footballguys view: The 2014 season was a wash for the veteran pass-rusher. Abraham had 10.5 sacks two years ago, but last season he was concussed early and put on season-ending injured reserve. We'll see if there's a team out there willing to sign Abraham to a one-year "prove it" deal. He might have to wait until after Week 1 of the season to find a new home. After Week 1, veteran salaries are not fully guaranteed for the year. |

Cardinals | John Abraham arriving today Thu Aug 14, 10:05 AM
Arizona Cardinals OLB John Abraham is expected to report to training camp Thursday, Aug. 14. Abraham has been absent from training camp for an undisclosed reason.
Footballguys view: Abraham is a key piece of the Cardinals defense as their best edge rusher by a good margin. With the two starting inside linebackers from 2013 gone, the Cardinals need Abraham to come up big. He had an DUI in the offseason, so his absence is a bit ominous. |

Cardinals | John Abraham facing DUI charge Tue Jul 29, 04:26 PM
Arizona Cardinals DE John Abraham has been charged with driving under the influence following a June 29 arrest.
Footballguys view: Bad news for the veteran here--and for the Cardinals. He led the team in sacks last year (11.5), but this isn't his first problem with DUI's. Back in 2003, Abraham was cited for DWI when he was with the Jets. Abraham has not reported to the team's training camp, and he could be facing a suspension from the league when the legal process has been exhausted. |

Footballguys view: Roberts had a pretty big day against the St. Louis Rams last weekend and shouldn't have an issue outmaneuvering the Lions' secondary. The problem may be in Carson Palmer surviving the fierce Lions pass rush with a mediocre offensive line in front of him. Roberts should see plenty of targets if Palmer has time to get the ball off. |
