This season, we are proud to bring you the return of the Footballguys.com Staff Confidence Pool Challenge. 17 staff members will pick the winner of each NFL game, and rank each choice from most confident (16 points) to least (1 point). As a tie-breaker, the person who is closest to the total points scored on the last Monday Night game will be the winner. Winners will be announced from week to week and the best overall record will be crowned Confidence pool Champion. Picks and ranks are due on Wednesday, so any late-breaking news may not be reflected in the choices. Also please note that no point spread is taken into account with these picks – it is a straight up pick of which NFL team will win this week. See the other confidence pools for picks against the spread (ATS) or Survivor / Eliminator style.
WEEK 15 RESULTS
A Big upset week means rough scores for the overall board. Denver cost everyone points on Thursday night by the time the Monday Night match-up was over, Jeff Pasquino had secured his second victory of the season with just 91 total points. Jeff and Andy Hicks tied for missing 'only' five games each, but Pasquino edged Hicks out by one point. Both had the Baltimore pick on Monday night correct, but Pasquino had a big enough lead to hold on to the victory.

Denver and Philadelphia opened this week's contest by taking a whopping 455 confidence points right off the board. New England took down a good chunk with another 85 points in the early games on Sunday. The Saints were the third universal favorite go down and the field goal festival on Monday night cost the field another 94 points. Harstad and Haseley caught the worst of it, both finishing with just 64 points.
OVERALL RANKINGS
Hicks clawed his way back into first place as Hester slipped back to the #2 slot. Pasquino powered his way into third place with Rudnicki just a point behind him in 4th. Making up 23 points over two weeks isn't impossible, especially if these upsets keep happening, so any one of these four guys has a shot to take the top spot at the of the season.

HEAVY FAVORITES
Well owners certainly didn't shy away from the 'consensus' picks this week, and KC, Cinci, Denver, Seattle and San Francisco were picked by everyone in the field to win their respective games (Denver and SF being the most confident winners). Dallas drew strong support over Washington despite their last two performances and Detroit is also a strong favorite to beat the Giants after their tough Monday Night loss.
DUAL SUPPORT
Jacksonville's loss last week scared a few people away, but the field didn't run completely to the other side in picking the Titans to win this week. Philadelphia and Baltimore are favored to win their respective contests, but Chicago and New England also have support behind them. Cleveland and the Jets are the closest game of the week, with just 68 confidence points between the two of them, and the Jets being just a bit more favored 37-31.
ODDS AND ENDS
With no Thursday game this week or next week, you can look for the contest on Friday morning the rest of the way. We'll announce the overall contest winner during the first week of the playoffs!
Good Luck this Weekend!
