QUARTERBACKS
Drew Brees $10,100 - After seeing what Andy Dalton did last week against the Jets defense, one can only wonder what Drew Brees is capable of. He is the highest price player on the board this week but at the same time he may be the safest and most reliable option.
Cam Newton $8,900 - Newton is more of a risk than Brees but also offers a ceiling that can't be beat at the position. He will be playing in a division matchup against the Falcons and has showed over the past few weeks that he can be relied on to put up some big fantasy numbers. He is a great option in the GPP tournament games.
Tony Romo $8,900 - The Cowboys have been having very little success running the ball while DeMarco Murray has been out with an injury and have had to rely heavily on Romo to get them into the endzone. He has one of the most elite WR's in the game in Dez Bryant to throw the ball to, and after last week's outburst on the sidelines it wouldn't be surprising to see the ball being force feed in his direction. The Vikings secondary has been rather lienient this year and a multi touchdown game for Romo should be expected.
Value Plays: Terrelle Pryor $7,300, Nick Foles $6,800, Geno Smith $6,500
RUNNING BACKS
Jamaal Charles $9,200 - The way the Chiefs game plan has been playing out you have to be a big fan of starting Jamaal Charles every week, as you know he will see 20+ quality touches a game and will get all the goalline looks. Also with a QB like Alex Smith always playing it safe and not wanting to force things, he is going to always have eyes for Charles and look for him on screen passes out of the back field.
LeSean McCoy $8,800 - McCoy has looked outstanding all season showing a quick burst and elusiveness to his game each week. He has had back to back tough matchups against the Cowboys and the Giants and this week he should break against a Raiders defense that has been rather generous to the RB position. Look for McCoy to find his way back into the endzone this week and be the key member of the Eagles offense.
Darren McFadden $7,100 - McFadden is a risk every time you consider taking him, but at the same time he is one of the most talented RB's in the league when he can stay on the field. With the solid QB play from Terrelle Pryor this year the field has opened up for McFadden and he has been able to find extra yards and the end zone on a consistent basis.
Eddie Lacy $6,800 - Lacy has showed that he can hang with the best in the league and he may just be the best value play on FanDuel this week with a very modest price tag of $6,800. With the Packers having injury problems at the WR/TE position they have leaned on getting the ball in Lacy's hands and letting him control the grind the games out.
Value Plays: Alfred Morris $7,300, Le'Veon Bell $7,000, Ryan Mathews $6,500
WIDE RECEIVERS
Dez Bryant $9,100 - Bryant is the number one WR on the board this week and has a very favorable matchup against the Vikings this week. His outburst on the sidelines last week, showed more of his passion than anything and he truly just wants the ball thrown in his direction as much as possible. Look for Romo to heavily target him this week and another multi touchdown game may not be out of the question. If the Vikings can keep this game close early as well that will work in Bryant's favor getting him the ball more often later in the game.
Josh Gordon $7,200 - If Gordon had a somewhat reliable QB he would be a top 5 WR play each and every week. He has all the talent in the world and has showed great hands when the ball has been thrown in his direction as he simple just keeps making big plays. He is priced in the range of a WR2 but on a week that A.J. Green plays on Thursday night and Calvin Johnson is on a bye, he is a legit WR1 with huge upside.
DeSean Jackson $7,200 - Jackson is priced nicely once again and after McCoy he is the key player on the Eagles offense. If they need a big play it would be Jackson that would be targeted. One thing he has also done rather nicely this year is catch balls all over the field, and has shown that he is not afraid to make the catch in traffic. He usually gets targeted 8-12 times a game and the past couple of weeks with sketchy QB play his numbers have been rather conservative. This week it was announced that Nick Foles is healthy and ready to start. Foles had a great game against Tampa Bay a few weeks back but then followed it up with a dud against the Cowboys, look for him and the passing offense to get back on track on Sunday.
Pierre Garcon $6,400 - Garcon has yet to break out and have a big game and his modest $6,400 price is evidence of that. Despite being in an offense that favors throwing the ball in his direction he simple cannot find the end zone this year. Every week it feels as if this is the week for him to get it done but this week against the soft Chargers secondary just might be the week.
T.Y. Hilton $6,000 - With Reggie Wayne going to the IR and ending his season two weeks ago, T.Y. Hilton is now in the driver seat for a majority of the targets in the Colts offense. Consistency has been Hilton's problem this year as he has been unable to show it week in and week out. He is always known as the type of WR that can break a big play here and there and can get open with Reggie Wayne on the field beside him, but now being the top receiver in the offense more will be demanded of him and he will have to show it each week.
Value Plays: Kendall Wright $5,500, Golden Tate $5,000, Darrius Heyward-Bey $4,500
TIGHT ENDS
Antonio Gates $6,000 - Washington's defense is one of the ones you want to look at when a big name TE matches up against them. Gates has had a very solid season so far without any injury setbacks and looks to continue in having Philip Rivers trust. If this game is as high scoring as Las Vegas is predicting, Gates should have plenty of chances to put up some solid fantasy points.
Jordan Reed $5,400 - Reed has broken out as one of the most reliable TE's to use over the past two weeks. Griffin is trusting him and is looking in his direction often and a matchup against the Chargers should be no different this week. Reed will see plenty of targets and chances of making some big plays. Just like Eddie Lacy he is one of the best value picks on FanDuel this week.
Value Plays: Greg Olsen $5,400
KICKERS
Dan Bailey $5,600 - Bailey had a great fantasy game last week and should put up double digit numbers again this week playing indoors and against a soft Vikings defense. Look for Romo and the Cowboys to move the ball up and down the field and have plenty of scoring opportunities.
Stephen Gostkowski $5,400 - The Patriots continue to struggle to find the endzone this year as they have in years past. Gostkowski should have plenty of opportunities this week against a Steelers defense that can be stingy in the redzone.
Value Play: Garrett Hartley $5,000
DEFENSE
Seattle Seahawks $6,300 - The Seahawks defense has been pretty average this year as far as fantasy production goes, and it just seems like a matter of time before they really break out and have one of those games where they dominate and get some sort of a defensive or special teams big play for a touchdown. They also play much better when they are at home and always seem to get extra help from the hometown crowd. It is looking pretty bleak for Tampa Bay once again this week.
Kansas City Chiefs $5,800 - The Chiefs had a somewhat off game defensively last week and couldn't get to the QB like they have been doing all season. This week they play in Buffalo against a Bills team that is a little banged up and could be very vulnerable.
Value Plays: St. Louis Rams $5,200
