QUARTERBACKS
Ben Roethlisberger $8,700 - Roethlisberger continues to chuck it up this season and now has 4,055 passing yards and a TD to INT ratio of 29 to 8. The offensive play calling has been a huge benefit to Roethlisberger this season and in a game against the Falcons which should see very little defense from either team you have to like the Steelers passing attack. Roethlisberger has completed at least 21 passes in every game this season so being scared off by the fact that the Steelers have the hottest RB in the game right now in Le'Veon Bell shouldn't keep you from rostering him.
Tony Romo $8,400 - Romo has had an up and down type of season always seeming to battle injury throughout the season but still managing to put up some very good stats through the air with 2,923 passing yards and 25 passing touchdowns in 12 games. In a big divisional matchup on the road in Philadelphia, Romo will need to lead his offense and step up and make good on the dud of a game he put up at home against the Eagles just two weeks ago.
Mark Sanchez $7,500 - This Cowboys and Eagles game is going to be a high scoring affair and the more peices you can roster on your team from this particular game, the better. Sanchez really struggled last Week against the smothering Seahawks defense and only managed to complete 10 of 20 passes for a mere 96 yards. Look for him to bounce back this Week and play more like his Week 13 performance against the Cowboys where he passed for 217 yards and a touchdown and added another on the ground.
Value Plays: Johnny Manziel $6,700, Derek Anderson $5,000
RUNNING BACKS
Le'Veon Bell $9,600 - You want to play anyone of the Steelers big 3 this week (Roethlisberger, Bell, or Brown) in a game that has the makings to be a very high scoring and offensive minded game. Le'Veon Bell has been incredible for the Steelers this season and is playing his best football over the past 3 weeks posting just massive statistics. In those 3 games he has rushed for 484 yards, 4 rushing touchdowns and has added 16 receptions for 227 yards and another touchdown. Now he gets to play the soft Falcons run defense it almost just doesn't seem fair. If you have the salary, Bell is a must play this weekend.
LeSean McCoy $8,100 - McCoy was playing some of his best football of the season before last week's game against the Seahawks. It was no surprise that the Seahawks feirce defense shut him out to just 17 carries for 50 yards and a forced fumble. Look for McCoy to get back on track in a faster paced offensive battle against the Cowboys on Sunday Night. Just two weeks ago McCoy lit up the Cowboys for 159 yards and a touchdown.
Justin Forsett $7,700 - Forsett has had a fine season as the Ravens starting running back as he has ran for 1080 yards and 8 touchdowns on the ground. He has quietly put up stats each week and is a firm RB1 in fantasy football. Another great part of Forsett's game is that he gets passes out of the backfield and has caught 37 so far on the season for 234 yards. In a home game against the Jaguars, Forsett is going to see a lot of work and should be able to pay off his $7,700 FanDuel salary very easily.
Mark Ingram $7,400 - In a game where both defenses have struggled all season, look for both the Bears and the Saints to get involved in a bit of a shootout on Monday Night Football. Ingram has ran hard all season long when healthy and on the field and in 10 games has rushed for 810 yards and 6 touchdowns. The Saints are in desperation time as they battle for the division title while sitting at a 5-8 record. Look for the Saints to try to control this game with their running attack and Ingram leading that charge.
Value Plays: Chris Ivory $5,200, Chris Johnson $5,300
WIDE RECEIVERS
Antonio Brown $9,100 - Antonio Brown might just be the top WR in all of football this season as he continues to put up incredible numbers week after week. He has 105 receptions on the year for 1,375 yards and 11 touchdowns. There has only been two Week's all season where Ben Roethlisberger hasn't targeted Brown at least 10 times and those 2 games he still combined for 13 receptions, 190 yards and a touchdown. He is nearly matchup proof in every way and to make things even better for him this week he gets to play the Atlanta Falcons in a doom setting. The Falcons have been bad all season long in every area of the defensive game and Brown is on the verge of another very big game for the Steelers.
Dez Bryant $8,500 - Everything is on the line for the Cowboys on Sunday Night as they take on their division rival Philadelphia Eagles. Just two weeks ago the Eagles embarrassed the Cowboys in Dallas, now the Cowboys are coming off a big win in Chicago and looking to bring that momentum into Philadelphia. The offense has been riding through RB Demarco Murray the entire season and in a big game such as this the QB/WR combo of Romo and Bryant are going to have to find a way to make some big plays down the field. Bryant is having another fine season posting a 73/1034/10 statline so far this year.
Alshon Jeffery $8,400 - Jeffery has only one game on the season where he has seen less then 6 targets and now that Brandon Marshall is out for the season it should be a Cutler to Jeffery show each week. Jeffery has 5 touchdowns over the past 4 weeks and has caught 29 passes for 323 yards. In a MNF game it is always nice to have at least one player on your DFS team to help sweat out the contests, and Jeffery might be the best play in the entire MNF game.
Jeremy Maclin $8,000 - Maclin saw the Richard Sherman coverage last Week but should find a lot more room to run around the field this Week and put up similar numbers to his 8 reception 108 yard receiving day that he had against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. Maclin is having the best season of his NFL career sitting on a 75/1120/10 statline and is still only priced as a low end WR1 on FanDuel. It is a more than fair price for a top end WR in a game that looks to be wide open and full of offensive scoring from both teams.
Kelvin Benjamin $7,600 - You would have thought Benjamin would have been more involved in a blowout win against the Saints but he only caught a modest 2 catches for 24 yards and a touchdown. With Cam Newton out this Week, look for Derek Anderson to look in Benjamin's direction early and often. In Week 1 against the Buccaneers the two connected 6 times for 92 yards and a touchdown, and looking for the same type of production this Week is not crazy at all.
Value Plays: DeAndre Hopkins $7,300, Jordan Matthews $7,000, Kenny Stills $6,100, Marqise Lee $5,800, Donte Moncrief $5,700, Marquess Wilson $4,500
TIGHT ENDS
Martellus Bennett $6,200 - In a season where it has been hard to find a consistent contributor at the TE position for some reason Martellus Bennett keeps getting over looked. In 13 games this season Bennett has grabbed 77 receptions for 821 yards receiving and 6 touchdowns. What is more impressive is that fact that there has only been 2 games all season where he caught less than 4 passes (Week 5 he caught 3, and Week 10 he caught 2). At only $6,200 he looks like the best play at the TE position on the Week especially after the Bears just lost Brandon Marshall for the remainder of the season. Bennett is coming off a season best 12/84/1 statline last Week against the Cowboys.
Delanie Walker $5,300 - Walker gets one of the best matchups at the TE position this Week as the Titans take on the New York Jets. Walker is coming off a Week 14 performance that sent 10 targets his way for 4 receptions for 27 yards. It looks like Jake Locker will get the start this Week for the Titans at QB and he is very familiar with Walker and the two have a nice connection that may lead to another highly targeted game for Walker.
Value Plays: Larry Donnell $5,200, Jordan Cameron $5,100
KICKERS
Justin Tucker $5,000 - Tucker is coming off a rare game where he did not get an opportunity to kick a single field goal against the Dolphins last week. The six games prior to that he was 12 for 12 in his field goal attempts and with a home matchup against the Jaguars the Ravens are very likely to give him plenty of FG opportunities once again.
Value Play: Cairo Santos $4,500
DEFENSE
Carolina Panthers $4,800 - With all the recent news of Cam Newton not being able to play this week, the Panthers are in a situation where they must rely on their next best weapon which is their defense to help them win football games. Against the Buccaneers this week the Panthers should be able to rely on their home crowd to help distract the Tampa Bay offensive line at the line of scrimmage and hopefully result in some good pressure attacks from the Panthers defensive unit.
Value Plays: Kansas City Chiefs $4,900
