QUARTERBACKS
Tom Brady $8,900 - The Texans do have one of the better defenses when it comes to defending the passing game but the way things have been going for them they are on the brink of not really caring and with Tom Brady heating up this one could get ugly pretty quickly. Brady looked very good last week against the Broncos and should continue his upward spiral this week against the Texans.
Colin Kaepernick $7,900 - After a solid Monday night effort which saw Kaepernick throw for 3 touchdowns, his price has remained the same and he gets to play a division rival in the Rams this week and has potential to put up similar numbers. The 49ers look to be hitting their stride on offense and Kaepernick is front and center in the offense and should see a big increase in fantasy production down the stretch.
Andy Dalton $7,600 - This one is simple, the Bengals are coming off of a bye week and play the awful Chargers pass defense. Dalton looks to have a 300+ yard day through the air and multi touchdowns on the horizon. The best part of all he is at a very affordable price of $7,600.
Value Plays: Eli Manning $6,500, Geno Smith $5,300
RUNNING BACKS
Adrian Peterson $9,100 - Peterson is the best RB in the NFL and this week he plays against the league's worst run defense. No need to over think this one regardless of price, just get Peterson into all of your FanDuel lineups and relax.
Chris Johnson $7,300 - Chris Johnson always seems hit or miss and taking a chance on him in the daily scene can be a gamble. If you pair him with Peterson this week there is not much of a gamble and he makes for an outstanding RB2 play as he gets to play against the Colts very bad run defense. This is a big game for the Titans as they are still very much in the playoff picture and will need a big game out of Johnson if they want to keep it close against the Colts.
Giovani Bernard $6,900 - Bernard has shown flashes of greatness so far in his rookie year when he has been given the opportunity. He doesn't have the 20+ touches guarantee that a lot of other backs have but he makes the best of his opportunities and can break a big play at any time. A favorable matchup against the Chargers also makes Bernard a great play.
C.J. Spiller $5,700 - No player has been more disappointing this season than C.J. Spiller. Battling injuries and just not looking like his explosive 2012 self has hindered his success in the offense. He catches a nice break this weekend as he is coming off a bye week and gets to play the awful Falcons defense. I think Spiller or Chris Johnson are both perfect plays when you pair them up with Adrian Peterson.
Value Plays: Frank Gore $6,800, Shane Vereen $6,200, Ben Tate $6,200
WIDE RECEIVERS
A.J. Green $8,800 - The Dalton and Green combo is going to be a popular one this weekend and rightfully so. Green is one of the most heavily targeted WR's in the game and he gets one of the juiciest matchups on paper against the Chargers. It is going to be hard for anyone to leave Green out of their daily lineups this week.
Victor Cruz $6,500 - Cruz has acted more like a fantasy team killer this year than a fantasy team savior. He is still seeing plenty of targets but is just not finding the big yards and touchdowns like he has in the past couple of seasons. Look for things to continue to open up this week as the running game is getting back on track with Andre Brown and the Giants happen to play Washington's soft pass offense.
Keenan Allen $6,500 - The Bengals/Chargers game should be a fun one to watch with plenty of offensive scoring and big plays as both teams will look to out dual each other. Allen continues to be a favorite of Rivers and is seeing a heavy dose of targets each game, and this week should be no different.
Michael Floyd $6,300 - Floyd has come out of his shell this season and is one of the better WR2's in the league. This week he plays the Eagles who have a history of allowing the WR2's on opposing teams to have big games. He is a very solid option to insert into your FanDuel lineup this week as your WR3 with plenty of upside.
Value Plays: T.Y. Hilton $6,300, Kendall Wright $6,000, Anquan Boldin $5,900
TIGHT ENDS
Rob Gronkowski $8,200 - It is easy to just go ahead and insert either Jimmy Graham or Rob Gronkowski in as your starting TE each week and not even think about it. If you have the salary to do so I would recommend doing so as both are a threat to have big games each week and only having to pick one TE it locks you in with a great option.
Jordan Cameron $5,700 - Unlike Graham and Gronkowski, Jordan Cameron has shown glimpses over the start of the season that he almost belongs in the same TE tier. Since then he has had some disappointing fantasy numbers and is having a harder time finding the endzone. As for a GPP play he is an excellent choice this week against the Jaguars defense. Much like Spiller he is a bit of a gamble but one that a majority of the people you are playing against won't likely make so if he hits it could really separate your team into the money.
Value Plays: Vernon Davis $6,100, Coby Fleener $5,600
KICKERS
Steven Hauschka $5,800 - The Saints are a tougher defense than most give them credit for, and although the Seahawks should be able to move the ball well against them, there is a good chance they get shut down in the redzone and have to settle for a couple of field goals. Hauschka is one of the higher priced kickers but he also is one of the favorites to score double digit fantasy points for you.
Adam Vinatieri $5,000 - The Colts are struggling and move the ball and get touchdowns. They look to have a close matchup this week against the Titans and it could be a game that gets decided by a field goal. I like Vinatieri in the dome this weekend.
Value Play: Phil Dawson $5,000
DEFENSE
Carolina Panthers $5,300 - Looking for a rebound game out the Panthers defense this weekend. Tampa Bay have been playing better lately but I think it is the Panthers that can smell blood and be a force on the defensive line and create some major problems for rookie QB Mike Glennon.
New England Patriots $5,100 - This is defense that is going to be owned by most this week. They play the Texans offense that cannot move the ball at all and the Patriots defense is one of the more underrated defenses in the league.
Value Plays: New York Jets $5,000
