QUARTERBACKS
Aaron Rodgers $10,200 - Through 10 games Rodgers now has a 28 to 3, touchdown to interception ratio and has piled up 2,748 passing yards. Over the past 2 games alone he 656 passing yards to go along with 9 passing touchdowns and he heads into a matchup against the Vikings who don't have the strongest secondary in the NFL. With Eddie Lacy running the ball better the past few games there is a fear that he will take away from the Packers passing game but it is still hard to see Rodgers throwing for less then 3 touchdowns once again.
Drew Brees $9,000 - The combination of Drew Brees playing at home and the primetime game aspect make him a very solid QB this week and he has a good shot to rebound and put up top 5 QB numbers. Brees has a history of performing well in primetime matchups since joining the Saints in 2006 he has led them to a 22-10 record in these primetime games with 9,639 passing yards and 78 touchdowns. Brees has only had 2 games this season where he has passed for at least 3 touchdown passes but Monday Night looks like a good game for him to hit that number once again.
Colin Kaepernick $7,300 - Out of 10 games so far this season Kaepernick has only managed multi touchdown performances 3 times. Every other game he has scored exactly one touchdown. The 49ers offense as a whole has struggled a bit and their record has showed because of it. Look for them to start to open up the playbook over their final 6 games and make a solid push for the playoffs. A home matchup against Washington can be the recipe for success for the 49ers and Kaepernick and a big offensive game could very well be in store. The nice thing about Kaepernick is his soft $7,300 price and he seems like a lock to double his value and put up at least 14.6 Fanduel points and has a good chance to triple his value and give you 21.9 fanduel points.
Value Plays: Mark Sanchez $7,500
RUNNING BACKS
DeMarco Murray $9,000 - Murray plain and simple has been the best RB in the NFL this season and is a big reason why the Cowboys are sitting with a 7-3 record. Out of 10 games he has rushed for 100+ in 9 of those and less than 23 total touches in a game this season. He is also coming off a Bye Week and should be very fresh for a NFC East matchup against the struggling Giants who gave up 4 rushing touchdowns to Marshawn Lynch a couple of weeks ago. Sure Murray is expensive but he is also an automatic plug and play and will give you 23+ touches guaranteed and what he does with those touches is almost always a happy experience for his fantasy owners.
LeSean McCoy $7,700 - With all the fantasy chatter about how bad McCoy has been this season and he hasn't had that one big breakout game just yet it is very surprising when you look at his stats. He is second to only DeMarco Murray and rushing attempts with 196 on the year and 6th overall in rushing yards total with 729. Add in his 2 rushing touchdowns and 24 receptions for 110 yards and he has still been a very productive RB2. The volume and opportunity for McCoy is still there and the fact that he plays in Chip Kelly's high paced offense makes him in play every single week. He is priced as a RB2 right now at $7,700 and after seeing what Steelers RB, LeVeon Bell did against the Titans run defense you have to be intrigued with McCoy's potential this weekend.
Trent Richardson $5,700 - For a guy that is coming off a game where he rushed for 0 yards on 7 carries you think you would be scared off. Besides just last week, Richardson has let fantasy owners down over the past two seasons week in and week out without hesitation. Heading into this game, Richardson's game script looks too good to be true with a home matchup against one of the league's worst defensive teams in the Jaguars and a wide open Colts backfield that is solely Richardson's for the taking as Ahmad Bradshaw is now out for the season. At $5,700, Richardson seems to be a great value and everything is lining up for him to deliver for fantasy owners like he did back in his rookie season.
Isaiah Crowell $5,500 - With Ben Tate out of the picture and a cupcake run defense in the Falcons on the schedule it looks like Crowell has a very similar situation to what Colts RB Trent Richardson has this week. In limited action so far this season Crowell has done very well with his 78 carries putting up 358 rushing yards and 5 touchdowns. Those are huge numbers for a rookie playing in a system that has been using a 3 RB committee. Crowell is a great value this week and it will be hard to pass up on his soft $5,500 price especially against the Falcons run defense.
Value Plays: Tre Mason $5,600, Carlos Hyde $5,300, Charles Sims $4,900
WIDE RECEIVERS
Jordy Nelson $9,000 - It is hard to ignore the connection that Aaron Rodgers and Jordy Nelson have right now. If you are looking for an easy top QB/WR combo to just plug and play each and every week the answer each time is going to be Rodgers and Nelson. The two are in sync with each other and as a result Nelson has posted a 60/998/9 statline with 94 total targets through 10 games this season. It is almost a gaurentee each week that Nelson will give you at least 6 receptions for 100 yards and a touchdown.
Demaryius Thomas $9,000 - DeMaryius Thomas is second to only Antonio Brown in receptions and yards at the WR position this season with 72 receptions and 1,105 receiving yards. After a game in which the whole Broncos offense struggled in an embarrassing lose to the Rams on the road, you have to think that Peyton Manning and the Broncos are going to come out slinging the ball around in a home matchup against the Dolphins. Thomas is seeing an incredible amount of targets on the season with 111 and this week the Broncos might be without Sanders and Julius Thomas and if so Thomas could be counted on even more.
Josh Gordon $7,800 - Coming off a 10 game suspension maybe one should be wary of Gordon and his likely production but in a Week 12 game where the Browns are in the middle of division lead battle and are fighting to make the playoffs you have to think that they go all in with Gordon right away. Look at last season when Gordon sat out the first two games due to suspension he came out in Week 3 and put up 10 receptions, 146 yards and a touchdown on an incredible 19 targets. I would not be surprised it the Browns go all in on Gordon right from the start and 10+ targets seems about right in a game where the Falcons defense will struggle to guard the pass.
Odell Beckham Jr $7,500 - Beckham Jr is one of the players that gives you the wow factor every time you see him on the field. He is a difference maker on offense and can make plays with his athleticism and with his speed. Only playing 6 games so far this season he has been a force with 31 receptions, 463 yards and 3 touchdowns. In a division matchup against the Cowboys you have to think that the Giants come out firing and use their shiny new offensive weapon to get the offense rolling.
Kenny Stills $5,900 - The Brandin Cooks thumb injury has opened up yet another door for Stills in his career. It keeps seeming like Stills gets chance after chance to prove that he is a dynamic WR in a Drew Brees lead offense but just when you think that he goes back to being the 3rd or 4th guy on the food chain. Now Stills looks to have a solid opportunity to prove himself once again and in 9 games so far this season has posted a 31/431/2 statline. At just $5,900 this week he looks to be one of the best values at the position to roll out as your WR3 type as he offers a lot of upside.
Value Plays: Keenan Allen $6,500, Steve Smith $6,400, Cecil Shorts $6,300,
TIGHT ENDS
Martellus Bennett $6,200 - With both Marshall and Jeffery breaking out last week, you have to think that Martellus Bennett will be the forgotten guy in the Bears offense this week against the Buccaneers. Bennett has quietly been a top 5 fantasy TE this year with an impressive 53/591/5 statline and actually is tied for 3rd with Rob Gronkowski with those 53 receptions among TE's. He comes at a decent price this week and offers up a nice fade to the top TE options of Graham and Gronkowski and allows you to spend up at the other positions.
Coby Fleener $5,400 - Fleener is an instant top 5 TE this week against the Jaguars defense that struggles against guarding the positon. Fellow TE teammate Dwayne Allen looks to be out this week and after a 7 reception for 144 yards game and a soft matchup against the Jaguars how do you not pay down at TE and roll out Fleener at $5,400? Another thing to consider is that Ahmad Bradshaw is out and used to catch a lot of underneath passes himself so that could also lead to more targets for Fleener.
Value Plays:Zach Ertz $5,000
KICKERS
Stephen Gostkowski $5,300 - Gostkowski did not kick a field goal last week against the Colts but did kick 6 PATs. Before that game he was on a streak where he kicked 16 field goals in the prior 5 games. The Patriots have shown that they can move the ball well over the past few games and they once again have their offensive swagger back. This week they have a home matchup against a Lions defense that has played very well this season. Look for the Lions to stall a few of the Patriots drives short of the endzone and make them settle for field goals.
Cody Parkey $5,000 - Parkey is 18 of 19 on field goal attempts this season and plays for a team that can move the ball quickly down the field on offense. He should have plenty of field goal opportunities this week against the Titans. Parkey has had 7 multi FG games this season and has had only one game where he failed to kick a field goal.
Value Play: Robbie Gould $4,600
DEFENSE
Seattle Seahawks $5,000 - I hate to recommend taking a defense against the Cardinals as they just don't turn the ball over. This week just seems different though as the Seahawks are a different team at home and are fighting for their playoff lives in a desperate divisional game.
Value Plays: Denver Broncos $4,900
