As I was starting to stack the names for this year's pre-draft Bloom 100. I was struck by how clearly I could see the wide range of rankings post-draft based on eventual destinations. One element of this that we can't know for sure is what pick the player goes off the board at - which is an indicator in some ways - but with the exception of draft day trades and teams that double (or even triple) up on a position, we can clearly see the short and long-term situation the player will be drafted into and project which would be most and least beneficial (or even detrimental) to a player's dynasty value. Quality of supporting cast, scheme/coaching, and both short and long-term opportunity all figure in to the final ranking. We wind up the series with TE, another QB dependent position, but also one that is a bit more sensitive to system and supporting cast.
| BAL | Lost Kubiak TE-friendliness, but lack of WR talent and healthy proven option is promising |
| ATL | Quality wide receivers leave a lot of room to operate in the middle of the field and only bandaids on roster |
| NO | Hill is promising but no sure thing to translate on more snaps. Lots of targets to be had |
| PIT | Heath Miller is in winter of his career and this offense is turning into a monster |
| GB | Still lots of room to upgrade from Quarless/Rodgers. Return of Cobb hurts |
| MIN | Rudolph could be something if he could ever stay healthy, but that has not been the norm |
| CLE | Browns lost out on TE sweepstakes in free agency. Passing offense is a minus |
| DEN | Kubiak a big plus, and opportunity will come, but likely in post-Peyton pass O |
| OAK | Raiders were in market for TE in free agency. To be continued |
| SD | Ladarius Green looms, but he's a free agent in 2016 |
| MIA | Cameron basically on one year deal. Dion Sims is good, but door could be open for #1 receiving TE soon |
| DAL | Jason Witten is getting on in years. Not sold on Escobar as replacement |
| TB | Austin Seferian-Jenkins having trouble staying on field already |
| NE | Opening for a TE2, still low in pecking order |
| IND | Allen/Fleener seems to be working just fine, but being on Luck roster is worth something |
| NYG | Giants supposedly like Donnell, still far from entrenched. Pass offense on the rise |
| HOU | Fiedorowicz/Griffin/Graham isn't exactly confidence inspiring, but small-time passing game |
| PHI | Eagles offense by committee can get more than one TE involved, but not consistently |
| DET | Ebron will get every chance to fail. Maybe he will. |
| WAS | Reed can't stay on field, Paul re-signed, but he's a complement. QB a big question |
| TEN | Delanie Walker one bright spot in dim offense |
| CHI | Eddie Royal limits 2TE sets for now and Black Unicorn will draw most TE targets anyway |
| SF | Vernon Davis on decline, but what FF opportunity will his successor find? |
| CIN | Tyler Eifert has this locked down for now, needs to get past shoulder injury |
| STL | Rams have a ton of money tied up in mediocre TEs |
| KC | Travis Kelce might be the #1 target in the offense and Chiefs fascinated with Demetrius Harris |
| NYJ | Jace Amaro was drafted for his receiving skills, will be hard to break in |
| CAR | Greg Olsen steady eddie for Newton and that's not changing soon |
| BUF | Bills gave Clay money and Rex teams where passing game FF value goes to die |
| JAX | Teal Julius doesn't quite have the same ring to it, does it |
| SEA | Jimmy Graham's in town, he's got this |
| ARI | Someone remind Bruce Arians that tight ends are eligible receivers |
