Twitter has long been an excellent source of instantaneous news and wide-ranging opinions. We ran a series of interviews two years ago to help users new and old get to know some of our favorite tweeters.
Our series is back for 2014. Today we interview Brad Evans, coulrophobic and acclaimed writer for Yahoo! Sports. Get to know him below.
I'm totally weirded out by the DirecTV puppet commercials. Adult-sized, anthropomorphic marionettes rocketing up my nightmare list. #Creepy

Who Am I?
Name: Brad Evans
Twitter handle: @YahooNoise
Tweeting since: When Brett Favre didn’t look homeless
Number of tweets: Roughly the same amount of yards Jamaal Charles racked during the fantasy playoffs last year
Follower count: Nearly equal to guaranteed money in Darren McFadden’s current contract
Hometown: Denver (via Champaign, IL and Phoenix)
Day job: Professional jackass for Yahoo Sports
Family life: Married with two wild and crazy boys
Quick bio (who you are, site(s) you represent, etc.): Known as "The Big Noise", I'm a resident football and NCAA bracketology expert for the world's No. 1 fantasy destination, Yahoo Sports. I appear regularly on the two-time Emmy-nominated webcast "Fantasy Football Live," now in its ninth season, on YahooSports.com and NBC Sports Network and offer expertise routinely on the YES Network. I also host "FFL" a nationally syndicated radio program which airs on over 100 Yahoo Sports Radio affiliates. I'm a seven-time Fantasy Sports Writers Association nominee -- across three sports -- and five-time Writer of the Year winner, including Football in 2012. Unknown to most, I have a fetish for players with greasy mullet-mustache combinations, which explains why I always fostered an unhealthy obsession for Jeff George. As owner/operator of TEAM HUEVOS, I also relish making bold predictions.
What is something unique about you that few would know about? I’m deathly afraid of clowns.
What you do for fun during the football offseason: Lift weights, play recreational softball, cow tip, shoot Fireball
Favorite NFL team(s): Chicago Bears
Favorite NFL player(s): Walter Payton, though I’ve housed serious man-crushes for many a dude over the years. I’m a bit slutty.
Give us your “must follows” on Twitter: Everyone affiliated with Yahoo Sports/NBCSN (Duh!), beat writers for every NFL team, the Iron Sheik
What do you like most about Twitter? Breaking news, exchanges with haters, attractive females who pretend to like me
Years playing fantasy football: 18
How many leagues, typically? 10-12. Yes, it’s a sickness.
To the graduating class of 2014: Find your unique voice, attack each day energetically and don't reach for a QB. Good luck #TeamHuevos.

Film or Stats? Prefer the latter, but a mixture of the two is an absolute necessity when evaluating players.
Bold Prediction: Terrance West will outproduce fragile Ben Tate this season. Nice pick, Brownies.
