Strengths: Extremely instinctive and smart, Spence will be able to handle the disciplined zone blitz scheme in Pittsburgh quickly. He plays bigger than his size and projects well in coverage.
Weaknesses: Spence needs to add bulk and work on his technique shedding blocks to handle an insie linebacker position with the Steelers. It may be over a year before he's ready to contribute more than situational snaps.
