2012 Rookie RBs: Alfred Morris, Washington Redskins

Strengths: Morris is a no-nonsense runner with good leg drive and determination between the tackles. He has good lower body strength and runs with good forward lean. Morris has the footwork to run through trash at the line of scrimmage effectively. He showed fantastic ability to consistently pick up blitzers in pass protection.

Weaknesses: Ball security is an issue and he has a reputation as a fumbler. He lacks long speed or the quickness to get to the outside when the middle is clogged. Morris lacks creativity as a runner and is not elusive if he makes it to the open field.

2012 Outlook: It will be difficult for him to get touches as he's currently fourth-string on the depth chart.

Dynasty Outlook: With Mike Shanahan anything is possible. If called upon as a featured player Morris could perform like a top-25 fantasy running back.

NFL Comparison: Jacob Hester.
