Quarterback
QB Tom Brady - NE - Brady (sore throwing arm shoulder) went through a full practice Saturday, Sept. 12, and has been listed as probable for Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills.
QB Marc Bulger - BAL - Bulger (broken pinkie finger on throwing hand) said he was not bothered by his finger during the team's Week 1 game against the Seattle Seahawks. Bulger said, 'It wasn't disrupting me. They have a great pass rush. We could have been more balanced, it'll open things up downfield.'
QB Matt Cassel - KC - Cassel was limited in practices throughout the week due to his sore knee and was listed as questionable on Friday. The coaching staff judged that he couldn't move around well enough on Sunday to warrant his starting the game, so Cassel sat out the contest week 1.
QB Kellen Clemens - NYJ - Clemens has a sore right elbow, and was active but did not play on Sunday after being listed as probable to play on Friday's injury report. Mark Sanchez played well and the team didn't need to call on Clemens.
QB Josh McCown - FA - McCown sprained his knee and foot in relief of Jake Delhomme on Sunday and it's unclear how long he'll be out - he's being evaluated further. Stay tuned, as Delhomme looked horrid in the opener...
QB Stephen McGee - DAL - McGee was limited in practice on Friday and was listed as questionable on Friday's injury report - he was inactive for the season opener as a result of his sore knee.
QB Donovan McNabb - WAS - McNabb suffered a broken rib on Sunday in the game vs. Carolina. The team is not speculating at this time on his availability for week two, though the opinion among some commentators is that he is unlikely to play in the next game (at the least), giving the rib(s) time to heal. Some media outlets have already declared him to be out for Week 2, but the Eagles have been very clear as of Monday afternoon to say there has not been a decision made. We'll know more after the team's doctors and trainers do a more thorough evaluation. 'He's sore right now,' coach Reid said after the game. 'He's got a broken rib. We'll just see how he does.'
The team's official website had this: "Reid said McNabb will try to battle through his fractured rib, and will do everything he can to play, but he will likely not participate in practice throughout the week.
"We've seen him do that before and play a pretty good game," Reid said when asked if McNabb could still play without practicing all week.
Kevin Kolb will take the first-team reps at quarterback during the week, and Reid has not yet decided on what to do with the No. 2 quarterback position."
QB Kyle Orton - DEN - Orton had the stitches removed from his index finger after the game vs. Cincinnati and hopes to be able to play next week without wearing a glove.
QB Tony Romo - DAL - Romo suffered a right ankle injury in the third quarter on Sunday but did not miss any snaps. "It'll be fine," Romo said briefly after the game. Romo will be evaluated further on Monday and is scheduled for more tests.
QB Chris Simms - FA - Simms was limited in practices last week, listed as questionable on Friday's official injury report, and did not play in the season opener on Sunday.
QB Brian St. Pierre - ARI - St. Pierre was limited in practices last week due to his sore back, and after being listed as questionable to play on Friday, he was inactive on Sunday.
QB Drew Stanton - DET - Stanton did not participate in practices last week, was listed as doubtful on Friday due to his sore knee, and was inactive on Sunday as expected.

'It was a stinger,' Warner said after the game. 'My right hand kind of went numb for a while there, but I came back in the second half, so I'm fine.'
Running Back
RB James Davis - CLE - Davis suffered a shoulder injury in the second half of the team's Week 1 game. In addition, he was involved in a minor one car accident on Saturday before the game that the team had some concerns over. He was deemed healthy enough after the car accident to play Sunday. He'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.
RB Justin Fargas - FA - Fargas (sore hamstring) was limited during workouts Saturday, Sept. 12, and has been listed as questionable against the San Diego Chargers during Week 1.
RB Shonn Greene - NYJ - Though Greene fully participated in practices last week despite his sore ribs, and the fact that he was listed as probable on Friday, he was inactive on Sunday.
RB Jerome Harrison - CLE - Harrison was limited in practices throughout last week, was listed as questionable on Friday's official injury report, and was inactive for the season opener on Sunday.
RB Brandon Jackson - GB - Jackson didn't participate in practices last week, and was inactive on Sunday after being listed as doubtful to play on Friday (ankle injury).

RB Knowshon Moreno - DEN - Moreno, who hadn't played since spraining his knee in the second quarter of the first preseason game, played on Sunday and finished with eight carries for 19 yards. "It's good to get my first game out of the way," he said afterwards. "I didn't play very well."
RB Sammy Morris - NE - Morris (finger injury) went through a full practice Saturday, Sept. 12, and has been listed as probable for Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills.
RB Cedric Peerman - CIN - Peerman was unable to practice throughout the week prior to the season opener, was listed as doubtful on Friday, and was inactive on Sunday as expected.
RB Adrian Peterson - MIN - Peterson started the season opener feeling ill, and it affected him in the first half when he was held to a mere 25 yards rushing. Peterson explained after the game: 'I came out and was feeling lightheaded, wasn't feeling too good, real weak. I just came out slow in the first half. Everyone else was on point, had a good tempo and I wasn't in sync with those guys. I gagged myself a couple times so I could get everything I had in my stomach out. Normally that makes me feel better, and it did...I got an IV and was able to feel recharged, rejuvenated and I was ready to go to work. I was able to get back in sync with those guys and take care of business.' Peterson ended the day with 25/180/3 rushing with 1/18/0 receiving. He also suffered a gash in his left forearm that bled a good bit - 'I took a hit. I don't know if it was a clip from a chinstrap that got me or what. Our guys did a good job wrapping me up, keeping me from losing too much blood.'
RB Pierre Thomas - NO - Thomas was unable to practice last week due to his injured knee, was listed as out on Friday's official injury report, and was subsequently inactive on Sunday as expected.
RB Danny Ware - NYG - Ware dislocated his elbow during the game vs. Washington on Sunday. He didn't return to action. Coach Coughlin is uncertain how long Ware will be out, though he did say team physician Russ Warren was able to immediately put the joint back in place. Ware figures to miss only a few weeks, according to initial indications.

WR Bernard Berrian - MIN - Berrian, questionable Friday because of a lingering hamstring injury, was able to play. He was Brett Favre's target on two pass plays but did not end up with a catch on Sunday.
WR Deion Branch - SEA - Branch was unable to practice last week due to his injured hamstring, and though the team listed him as questionable to play on Friday he was inactive on Sunday.
WR Steve Breaston - ARI - Even though Breaston (knee injury) was able to participate fully in practices last week and was listed as probable to play on Friday's injury report, he was a surprise inactive on Sunday. 'It was a tough situation,' coach Ken Whisenhunt said. 'Steve came in (Sunday), and his knee was really bothering him. When I knew Steve was going to be down, which was a surprise, then I was faced with a tough decision at receiver.'
WR Antonio Bryant - FA - Bryant said he left the game because of what he called 'fatigue' in his knee. Bryant had arthroscopic surgery to repair a meniscus tear in his left knee during training camp and missed the entire preseason. Bryant said he expects to play next week. Bryant will be monitored during the week, but he should be able to play in Week 2, according to reports on Monday.

Initial estimates are that he'll miss two to six weeks due to the injury, but further evaluations are ongoing - we'll know more once the MRI results come back. 'I sure hope it's not a season-ending injury,' quarterback Peyton Manning said. 'I hope he's back soon. He's a huge part of our offense.'
WR Brandon Jones - FA - Jones was listed as out on the Friday injury report (he missed practices throughout last week due to his bum shoulder), and was inactive on Sunday as expected.
WR Hakeem Nicks - NYG - Nicks suffered a sprained foot during the game on Sunday, and returned to the sidelines in a temporary cast to immobilize his foot and ankle (he was on crutches). X-rays for a break were negative, and he'll be evaluated further/receive treatment as the week goes along. The Giants expect Nicks to be out two-to-three weeks, but are awaiting MRI results for further evaluation. "It's just a test that I'm going through right now with these little knick-knack injuries," Nicks said after the game. "Once I get past these injuries I'll be all right." Head coach Tom Coughlin said after the game that Nicks was feeling pain on the top and in the arch of his foot. Coughlin didn't provide specifics, but if it turns out to be a sprain of the Lisfranc joint in the middle portion of the foot, this could turn out to be a nagging injury for Nicks throughout the season.
