The Top Five Fantasy Returners
1	Devin Hester, CHI - After his phenomenal and record setting rookie season, a drop-off in his numbers wouldn't have been surprising this year. Despite the fact that some teams kicked away from him, Hester again finished as the top scoring fantasy returner. He again tied his NFL record of six return TDs in one year. In just two years, he is already near the top of the NFL career return TDs list: Brian Mitchell 13, Eric Metcalf 12, Dante Hall 12, Devin Hester 11 (or 12 if you count the missed FG return in 2006).
2	Josh Cribbs, CLE - Already one of the best kickoff returners, he added punt return duties to his resume this year. He scored twice on kickoffs and once on a punt return. Cribbs was the only player in the NFL to rank in the top ten for both average and total yardage for both kickoff returns and punt returns.
3	Steve Breaston, ARI - Although he did score once on a punt return, Breaston's third place finish was a result of quantity. Between punts and kickoffs, he totaled 104 returns this year. That was the most in the NFL (Cribbs was second with 89 total returns).
4	Nate Burleson, SEA - While kickoff returns are typically more lucrative in fantasy scoring, Burleson's punt returns were a key factor in his fourth place finish. He was first in the NFL in the number of punt returns (58) and in total punt return yardage (655). He scored once on a punt return and once on a kickoff return.
5	Leon Washington, NYJ - When Justin Miller was injured early in the year, Washington took over as the primary kickoff returner and wound up scoring three TDs. Although the Jets didn't force opponents to punt very often, Washington handled all the punt returns (20).
