Quarterback
Brooks' sore shoulder is still bothering him, and he isn't being rushed back into the lineup - he was listed as out on Friday.
The team isn't putting a timetable on Culpepper's return (He's out until he regains his lateral movement and explosiveness) - he was listed as doubtful on Friday due to ongoing issues with his reconstructed knee. A swollen patellar tendon is causing the most problems right now, according to reports out of Miami. Culpepper refused to comment.
Frye suffered a mild concussion during the game on Sunday - he'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.
Green has been cleared to practice as of week 8, and the team will further evaluate him as they watch him practice this week. He is unlikely to play just yet, though. He may (stress may) return on November 12th as an initial time-frame. “I talk to the neurosurgeons a couple of times a week,” Green said. “Next week I’ll have another checkup after going through this course of practice and see how this feels. I’m really kind of on their timeline.”
Hasselbeck suffered a knee injury on Sunday and did not return to action. The early word is that the MCL sprain is grade 2 and will keep Hasselbeck out 2-4 weeks.
Jackson missed another game on Sunday (knee, probable on Friday).
Manning took a shot to his shoulder/neck on a hard hit (sandwiched by Redskins) during Sunday's game against Washington where he was bent awkwardly backward. He went on to play very well in the game. "I attended the Bill Belichick school of not discussing injuries the past few summers ... so I don't really discuss that." he stated after the game.
McNabb had x-rays taken of his throwing hand and threw up during the game vs. Tampa Bay, but he appears to be OK as of Monday afternoon.
McNair took part in light workouts with the team Monday, but did not participate in contact drills or wear a helmet. He'll be evaluated further as he continues to recover from his latest concussion.
Roethlisberger looked to suffer an apparent concussion on Sunday during the game vs. Atlanta and did not return to action. He'll be evaluated further as the week goes along. It's a concern given the motorcyle injuries Roethlisberger suffered this summer as repeat concussions are always a worry. The good news is that X-rays and MRIs of Roethlisberger were negative and he has no fractures in his head despite the damage his face took in June. He came off the field looking very groggy. But he was on the sidelines later in street clothes after the hit following the game and seemed totally aware of everything going on.
Spleenless Simms continues to miss games as expected (out on Friday).
Walter was seen limping off the field and into the locker room soon after being sacked and brought down awkwardly. The team said he suffered a hamstring injury of unknown severity and will be evaluated further as the week goes along. It was unusual as he was injured as he was awkwardly tackled and his leg was bent at an odd angle. Most hamstring injuries occur while cutting or running.

For what it's worth, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported that Alexander was actually lobbying strongly to coach Mike Holmgren to allow him to play in the Week 7 game.
Late in the fourth quarter on Sunday, Bell left the game after re-aggravating a turf toe issue but returned. He said he'll be fine to practice this week - but turf toe can be a lingering type of injury and his fantasy owners should monitor his progress (or lack thereof) during the coming week. Bell downplayed the injury: "Mike (Bell) had a couple of runs and let me walk it off," said Tatum Bell, who ended the day with 115 yards. "Everything was fine."
In news that relates to Bell, OLT Matt Lepsis suffered a sprained right knee and didn't return on Sunday.
