QB Matt Hasselbeck - SEA

Hasselbeck has been ruled out of the Monday Night Football game as his sprained MCL continues to heal.

QB Byron Leftwich - JAX

Leftwich missed the game on Sunday due to his sore ankle (listed as questionable on Friday's injury report). David Garrard played well in relief of Leftwich - a QB controversy may be brewing in Jacksonville although coach Jack Del Rio keeps saying Leftwich is the QB when he gets healthy.

QB Chris Simms - TB

Simms has officially been placed on IR due to his emergency spleenectomy.

Running Back

RB Shaun Alexander - SEA

Alexander's foot is not healing as quickly as he or the team had hoped - he is slated to take another x-ray either Monday or Tuesday to see if the foot has healed more. Whenever the tests show the crack has healed, he'll be able to return - but that could take up to a few more weeks before he's medically cleared to play.

RB Tatum Bell - DEN

Bell was sidelined on Sunday due to his aching toes, despite being listed as probable on Friday. "I just want to take care of it so I don't keep re-aggravating it," T. Bell said. "I probably shouldn't have played last week, but it's all good. I'll be fine next week."

RB Tony Fisher - STL

Fisher sprained his right knee during the game on Sunday and may be sidelined for a few weeks, depending on the severity of the sprain - he'll be evaluated further as the week goes along, but initial indications are not good. "Tony has a pretty significant knee injury," coach Linehan said after the game. "It appears to be pretty serious." Linehan added "We think it's an ACL."

Johnson's ankle cost him the game on Sunday, despite being listed as probable on Friday.

RB Willis McGahee - BUF

McGahee suffered a broken rib during the game on Sunday, and was unable to finish the game after being carted off the field. "It was bad enough and sore enough that he could not finish," coach Jauron commented after the game. Anthony Thomas would sub for McGahee if he can't play as a result of this injury.

"Injury-wise it's a broken ninth rib," said coach Dick Jauron. "My understanding is we'll just see where it goes. It's painful obviously and they'll do some more tests today. He's scheduled for a scan today to examine it further."

Some reports say McGahee will miss a couple of weeks but Coach Jauron would not rule McGahee out for week 10: "It's definitely too early and we'll just have to make an initial decision on Wednesday and move from there through the week," Jauron said. "It depends on how painful it is and it depends on the extent of the fracture. We'll obviously know a lot more as we go throughout the week. But we'll be cautious with him."

WR Plaxico Burress - NYG

Curtis suffered a rib injury during the game on Sunday, and was taken to the hospital for observation as a result. He'll be evaluated further as the week goes along.

WR Terry Glenn - DAL
